The XR90-L9421-02 (Hamamatsu L9421-02) sealed microfocus X-ray source is a core critical component for SMT X-ray inspection equipment and 3D micro CT electronic non-destructive testing.

This 90kV X-ray tube delivers high-definition imaging to accurately detect internal defects such as BGA voids, solder joint failures, and IC package delamination.
