The 2AGGNA009700 Fuji XPF 1.3mm nozzle is a compatible replacement nozzle engineered for Fuji XPF rotary pick-and-place machines. It handles component picking and placement in SMT production, helping to reduce common issues such as mis-picks, placement offset, unstable vacuum, and nozzle wear.

Manufactured with precision machining, the nozzle maintains stable vacuum adsorption during continuous high-speed production. It is a direct interchangeable replacement for part number 2AGGNA009700 — plug-and-play with no extra calibration required, minimizing line downtime. Designed for high precision, it improves production efficiency and lowers maintenance cost. Suitable for EMS factories, PCBA assembly workshops, SMT maintenance service providers, and spare parts distributors, it stabilizes mass placement performance and reduces overall spare part and maintenance expenses.

We supply standard XPF nozzles in multiple orifice sizes: 0.4mm, 0.7mm, 1.0mm, 1.3mm, 1.8mm, 2.5mm, 3.7mm, and 5.0mm. Mixed orders are accepted. Custom special-shaped nozzles are also available for special component placement requirements.
