Product Description

INFINITE™  MT-820 solder paste printer stencil, glue stencil, copper stencil, and misprinted PCB cleaning machine is equipped with 4 large flow spray rods and 4 high-pressure air knives. This cleaning machine is engineered to provide a great cleaning effect and applicable to solder paste printer stencil, glue stencil, copper stencil, and misprinted PCB after the solder paste printing process. The MT-820 cleaning machine operates with a single-button operation; cleaning, rinsing, and drying are automatically completed at one time according to the set program. The water-based cleaning fluid used in this machine is circulated and filtered in real-time to extend the saturation time of the pollutant load, which is suitable for the cleaning of precision stencils. MT-820 body structure is made of 304 stainless steel, which is resistant to acid and alkali corrosion, strong, and durable.

  1. Specially used for automatic cleaning of SMT solder paste steel stencil, red plastic steel stencil, red plastic copper stencil, resin stencil, and misprinted PCB.

  8. The water-based cleaning fluid is circulated and filtered in real-time to extend the saturation time of the pollutant load, which is suitable for the cleaning of precision steel mesh.
  9. Completely independent cleaning and rinsing system.
  10. PLC control; cleaning parameters can be adjusted and set as required.
  11. Optional network port and scanning gun can be connected to the customer's MES system to monitor the operating status of the machine.
